Processing Time


Standard Orders: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation.


Shipping Methods and Delivery Times


We exclusively use UPS for all shipping needs to ensure reliable and timely delivery of your orders.


Domestic Shipping (Within USA)


UPS Ground:

Delivery Time: Estimated 3-5 business days after order processing.

UPS 2nd Day Air:

Delivery Time: Delivery by the end of the second business day after order processing.

UPS Next Day Air:

Delivery Time: Delivery by the end of the next business day after order processing.


International Shipping


We offer international shipping on all products except for batteries. Due to regulatory restrictions, we cannot ship batteries internationally.

Available Products for International Shipping:

All products excluding batteries.

Unavailable for International Shipping:

Batteries and products containing batteries.


Please Note: Delivery times for international shipments vary based on the destination country and customs processing times. Estimated delivery is typically 7-14 business days after order processing.


Shipping Costs


Calculation: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, destination, and shipping method selected.

Display: Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Hazardous Materials Surcharge: Some items classified as hazardous materials (e.g., batteries) may incur additional shipping fees due to special handling requirements.


Order Tracking


Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing the UPS tracking number and a link to track your package.

Status Updates: You can also check the status of your order by logging into your account on our website.


Shipping Restrictions


Batteries and Hazardous Materials:

Domestic Shipping: We are DOT certified to ship dangerous goods, including batteries, within [Your Country]. We comply with all regulations for shipping hazardous materials.

International Shipping: Batteries and products containing batteries cannot be shipped internationally due to international shipping regulations and carrier restrictions.

Service Area: We ship internationally except for batteries and products containing batteries.

Delivery Requirements: A signature may be required upon delivery for certain high-value items.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes


International Orders


Customs Fees and Import Taxes: International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, and other charges imposed by the destination country.

Responsibility: These additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

Carrier Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by UPS due to weather conditions, customs clearance, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events.

Lost Shipments

Investigation: We will initiate an investigation with UPS to locate your package.

Resolution: If the package is confirmed lost, we will work with you to provide a replacement or issue a refund, as appropriate.


Damaged or Incorrect Items


Damaged Items


Inspection Upon Receipt: Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us immediately if there are any damages.

Reporting Damage: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged packaging and items.

Resolution: We will arrange for a replacement or refund and provide instructions for returning the damaged items.


Incorrect Items


Notification: If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Resolution: We will provide instructions for returning the incorrect item and ship the correct item at no additional cost to you.


Unclaimed and Returned Shipments


Incorrect Address: If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you, we will contact you for the correct address. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Failure to Collect: If you fail to receive or collect your shipment and it is returned to us by UPS, you will be responsible for any return shipping fees and additional shipping costs to resend the package.


Dangerous Goods Shipping


DOT Certification: Supersolid Store is certified by the Department of Transportation (DOT) to ship dangerous goods, including lithium-ion batteries, in compliance with all applicable regulations.

UPS Dangerous Goods Contract: We have a dangerous goods contract with UPS, allowing us to safely and legally ship hazardous materials within [Your Country].

Packaging and Documentation: All hazardous materials are packaged and labeled according to DOT and UPS requirements. Necessary documentation will accompany each shipment.

Customer Responsibility: When returning items that are classified as dangerous goods, you must follow all provided instructions to ensure compliance with shipping regulations.
